"I ordered this costume for a Christmas Party that I needed by Saturday. I ordered it on Wednesday and paid almost $30 for overnight shipping. Which meant it would be here on Friday. I hadn't received an email notification so decided to go to Fedex website and put in my tracking number. Around 7:30 p.m. on Friday night I was notified that they had rescheduled my delivery date for Monday! Two days after my party and almost a week after I paid such a high price for overnight shipping. I have tried calling them all day "during regular business hours" but they keep telling me that I need to call back during normal business hours which is what I'm doing but no answer. I now have no costume for our Christmas party tonight!!!! NOT happy and after reading other reviews I'm already scared what type of refund hassle I'm going to have to go through."
"I have been trying to return an item for going on 6 days now. The 800 number listed on their website is not even their companies number. I can get every email from them but mysteriously can't get the emails from Fedex with my return shipping label. Was finally advised I can always ship it back on my dime (which would be more than $7.99 as they have a corporate account.) No happy at all!! OMG just searched their website for their return policy and discover a link that let me print my own shipping label, are you kidding me!!!! No one in emails or finally the phone advised me of this option."
"Ordered toddler costume a month ago, said delivered with the other half of costume but was not.
Emailed three times for update, NOT ONE EMAIL reply. Called twice, reassured would be delivered by Oct 2. Called a third time Oct 5 and got a "your order has been cancelled" email.
Only compensation they offered is free shipping on buying something else off their BS site!
NEVER will deal with this company again. Fraudulent business practices, nobody cares. Do not waste your time and money with Anytime Costumes."
"I ordered a bday gift for my nephew 30 mins ago. Entered a ship to address to my sister's address and my billing address. I double checked everything to be correct. Hit submit and the website jumbled all the info together so there's no way it will go to the right place. I immediately called customer service and they told me there's no way to change it or cancel it. I then spoke to a supervisor who told me the same thing. Their mistake and they can't make a phone call to the warehouse? I wish I would've read these reviews before I ordered with these scammers."
"Ordered costumes for my children, took about a month to receive and when we opened the box & took out the costumes you could tell right away the mask inside the bag was torn and when we pulled out the costume some of the items were missing. I was very dissatisfied with the products and to top it off would still be responsible for shipping & return costs of $7.99 even though I paid for a costume/shipping that was broken and missing items. Talk about a RIP OFF!!!!!!!!!!!"
"Do NOT trust what the website states. The website documented I would receive my costume in 8 days. When it did not arrive, they said it would ship in another month! I cancelled the order and they charged me anyway and shipped it to my post office. Now they are charging my card another $7.99 for the post office to return it. This is a scam. Don't buy into their lies. Definitely not worth the hassle."
"I recently ordered a Renaissance Costume for my daughter (I know it's January but the early bird always gets the worm!), and I have to say how pleased I am with the quality of the costume. I would recommend this costume for dress-up themed parties, and Halloween. it's a good quality costume that is well made; unfortunately, I do have to purchase a chemise separately to complete the look. I should have been more careful because it was noted "sold separately". Regardless of this minor setback, I love how quick the delivery was and I love the quality."
"I ordered a boxing costume for my son for Halloween this year. The costume was a great price, cheaper then everywhere else I searched, it was also very well made! It was white and light blue and about an hour into the night my son spilled orange punch down the front of the entire white part. Luckily, it wiped right off with warm water and a paper towel, great material! Also, shipping was fast, took about 3 days to get here. I will be purchasing ALL future costumes from them from now on. Great company and very nice to do business with. "
"this was very cute a hard to get on and off if i got a smaller size would not fit and a larger size would have been to big its a little shorter in the back than i expected but overall i like it after wearing it i really did love it tons of compliments"
"We ordered the Kids Deluxe Muscle Chest Darth Maul Costume. This is a high quality costume that is fantastic for Halloween. We really like that it is a well-known character, but you won't see 20 other Darth Mauls. This is great since my son likes having a more unique costume. In addition to using this for Halloween, it is also a great costume for a fun family prank. For instance, my son and I bonded by dressing him up in this costume and having him hide behind a shower curtain. I asked my husband to get something out of the bathroom for me. As soon as my husband went into the bathroom, our son jumped out in this costume to scare him. It was a fun prank and memory! We now have an ongoing joke of dressing my little boy up in this costume to pull pranks on family members. It is definitely a memorable costume!"
