"I had ordered from this company before back in 2016. I had ordered their 2.5" pots 1- 2' Murray Cypress trees for $2.98 each. Those trees had an average height of 15". The trees that survived, ~60%, are now ~30" high. So I wanted a few more Murray Cypress trees to fill in for those that had died and ordered 4 of their 18 inches -3 feet (1 Gallon Pot) - 2 years old for $12.99 each. What I received were trees that were 16" to 17" high.
I emailed them with a picture of the trees and they did respond quickly and offered to replace the trees and issue me a partial refund. So for this I gave them 3 stars (somewhat satisfied); but 3 out of 4 of the replacement trees were exactly 18" tall and one was 16" tall. These are 1 year or at most 1 1/2 year tress, not 2 year old trees.
Be very aware that if you order trees from them that they will probably be smaller than advertised. "

"I have placed an order for ten Thujas with this guy. Had a follow up question but the phone line was dead. Rachd them via email - their communications with customers they say can be only carried through email. No phone number given.
I guess they are busy abroad in the field.
Will follow up on my experience whenI get the plants."

"Ordered $600 worth of trees, They run your card to make you believe something is in the works. It is not. States most orders are sent out in a week. They are not. They keep pushing orders back until many weeks have passed. All the while making you believe they are coming. 5 weeks ... Nothing,.. Now say it will be 8 weeks. Way out of planting season. Asked for refund. Still stalling. They are not honest. Do not buy from them!"

"It took ten days to get my trees, they were advertised as up to two feet tall in 3" pots. The trees are 6" tall and in 2.5" pots. Some were smashed. I emailed 3 times, called and left messages, and didn't get any response until I threatened to cancel pymnt. I would not do business here again."

"I wrote to them: I received my 20 Thujas the other day. When I opened the box, the newspaper was not wet and the soil in the pots were dry and soil had spilled everywhere. I gave them water and planted them. I've noticed the ends of the top of the Thujas are discolored now. I would like to know what the resiliency of Dry-Rotted Thuja's are? I would have expected better care with the shipment. What is your guarantee policy if any of these Thuja's do not survive?

They wrote: Can you take a picture so we can assess them? Did you take a picture of the box when you opened the shipment?

I responded back with a picture of one the discolored thuja's.

They never responded. Never again with this company and hopefully my experience will prevent other buyers on choosing them."

"Horrible costumer service and deceptive practices.

I ordered (9) 3 gal leyland cypress' and received (9) freshly re-potted 1 gal leyland cypress' in 3 gal pots. Which seemed to be trying to deceive me of what I was actually getting.

It took 2 voice messages and 3 emails before finally getting a response nearly 2 weeks after leaving my first voice message asking for a picture. After sending the picture they responded by saying that the plant were bent over and that "they are clearly 3 gal plants".

Their website "clearly" states that 1 gal plants are 18"-30" tall and 3 gal plants are 30"-36" tall. Not one of the plants received is over 26" even when pulling up the tallest part of the tree. Clearly putting them in the one gal size.

The root ball was even a dead give-a-way when removed from the pots. There was a clear root bound ball the shape of a 1 gal pot.

As mad as this made me, all I asked for was a partial refund of the 1 gal and 3 gal difference in price which is a mere $117. They have been non-responsive to this request.

Horrible, horrible company and I will never do business with again. $177 is not worth taking it to a legal level, but I will do my best to hopefully direct thousands of dollars in sales away from their company."
