"Was looking for 2x leadtek PX6600GT TDH video cards and found this place on pricewatch. I usually get everything from newegg.com but newegg was sold out and this place had good ratings and pretty good prices. I live in edison, nj so I'm about 10minutes away. I called up on monday and Lili was very curteous but they were sold out. She asked for my number and said she would call me back. Amazingly, she did 2 days later to let me know they had the cards delivered that afternoon. It's not a store front but a small office but Lili was fine with dropping by person.
It was a really nice surprise to find a store so close to me that had very good prices and awesome people. I'd wouldnt hesitate to order again. "
"i ordered on at 1 am after hunting extensively for the best and cheapest price... As i check on their site on the 18 later that day, i was charged and in process. When I called on the 19th to see what was going on because my order status read processing and just stayed there. I was told they didn't have it in house and therefore it would be shipped direct from there supplier to minimize the delivery time. 2 hours after i hung up thinking i was going to half to wait till after the weekend for my new camera, I recieved a knock on the door and it's the deliver guy dropping off the camera... The box read 2nd day air. and i paid for ground.

"I ordered a video card from this company on a weekend. Monday morning, they updated their status page to show that the card was out of stock and on back order.
When I called to see if they had an ETA for the back order, they explained that they'd received a shipment from the manufacturer a few months earlier, just sold out the allotment, and had not gotten any further response from the manufacturer about getting any more allotments.
Although I didn't get the product I wanted, Antares Computing was very prompt in notifying me of the status change, and their customer service reps were very forthright and knowledgable when I called them - no bait and switch, no delay or misdirection, no objections when I asked to cancel the order.
I would have no problems purchasing from this company in the future."
"I stumbled across this company last year when looking to do a system upgrade. I purhcased a motherboard and other parts from them then, and most recently ordered two hard drives. Everything was packaged well and shipped promptly. They even shipped the hard drives the same say I placed the order. I was very pleased and would not hesitate to order from Antares again.
By the way, during my prior purchase, I had to speak to customer service because I had a problem with the motherboard I purchased. They were very pleasant and I was able to get things straightened out with little trouble. That was a big plus in my book.
**Just a word to avoid confusion. There is another reseller listed here (and it has terrible reviews) with a name similar to this one. They are not the same, do not have the same website, and are not even based in the same state. This "Antares" is based in New Jersey. "
