Never received order, customer service won't respond

"I placed an order for items on my sister's Christmas list on Nov 28, 2016. The package was shipped via Fedex SmartPost, and says that it made it to my town on Dec 3. USPS has no record of receiving the shipment, and Ann Taylor customer service won't tell me anything other than "We'll get back to you in a few days." Christmas is a week and half away, and customer service is blowing me off. It seems like the only option I'll be left with is to file a chargeback with the credit card company."

"To receive an online order is IMPOSSIBLE!! Customer Service can tell you that a tracking number has been issued but the actual order fall off the earth. NEVER RECEIVED. TRIED TWICE. NEVER AGAIN. "

"I love Ann Taylor and Ann Taylor Loft clothing and shoes. They are well made, stylist, classy, conservative, quality pieces. I get so many compliments on shoes and clothing purchased from Ann Taylor. Items are very affordable and I love a good sale! That's why I am able to afford multiple items at a time. I recently bought 10 sweaters, and 4 pairs of shoes. Today I bought 5 pair of pants. Every time I visit the website, there are NEW items on sale that I can't resist and are too good to pass up. I enjoy shopping online for ANN Taylor deals and I look forward to my future purchases. ANN Taylor ROCK!"

"I loved the customer service received at the Haywood Mall store Greenville. I was made to feel very important! Like a queen! I loved McKensie and Kathy. They are true wardrobe consultants. I walked in with an idea if what I wanted and why. They filled the need! Awesome! Now I am the best looking lady on the cruise! I am an Ann Taylor customer for life!

"Disappointed with the charges for online shipping charges. Ordered a crepe blouse, charged $8.98 for shipping and had to return it at my cost for another $7.98. No option to return it to a retail store either to cut costs. Ridiculous in this day and age to have charges both ways. It does not pay to order through the net - will not do so again - ever, regardless of the % off. "

"I recently went into Ann Taylor 5470 Fm 1960 West, Houston, Texas and no one greeted me as I entered the store. My husband sat down while I walked around. After I noticed 2 caucasian women come in, I'm African American, get greeted and offered if they needed assistance and I didn't. I told my husband let's go because I see 3 ladies working in the store apparently was prejudice. Even as I walked out the store they still didn't say a word to me. I see I will not be going in there giving those prejudice folks my money since I'm not good enough. I just can't believe that people in 2014 still act so stupid. Shame of them. I hope all AT don't act this way because I won't be shopping in store only online. I love this store too and this is the first time something like this has happened and I was very disappointed. Thanks."

"Horrible shopping experience online! Ordered $600 worth of items consisting of two jackets and two pants with overnight shipping on Monday evening. Apparently a $600 order is considered large and is held for verification-go figure. After contacting Ann Taylor and being treated rudely by a "supervisor" I thought the issue was resolved, well much to my surprise, the order is still being processed on Friday. When I tried to then cancel the order as I need the items Monday morning I was informed that this was not possible as the order is being processed. Jeeze! Should have gone to Brooks Brothers and saved myself a big headache. Thanks for nothing Ann! By the way-I expected your corporate office to follow up and make sure my order at least shipped in a timely manner."

"Hello, I cannot believe the bad service I received from your customer representatives except for a man named Michael who was useful.


I received a package yesterday. In it contained a dress that was ten times my size. Instead of a size 2 I received a size 12. This is your manufacturers fault, not mine.


I called in expecting to get my dress returned free of charge and a new dress shipped in my right size right away. Instead I got two ver incompetent representatives who told me I would receive a refund for the dress but not for shipping and handling and that if I wanted a size 2 dress which is what I had originally asked for I would have to reorder.


I am not impressed. I want a credit for the original 27.88 I paid for shipping and handling. I paid 137.79 for the dress, not 109. Also, please note that you have lost a client and I will be discouraging others from ordering from Anne Taylor. I paid 27.88 to receive nothing. A big size that I never ordered. It's disgraceful!


So today I get no dress, a crappy service and a charge of 27.88.
