"Ordered my mod and it has been 1 month and still haven't received it! They gave me a usps # that shows the same spot stuck at warehouse in China for the past 2.5 weeks. I emailed them twice and not even a reply! I mean if your late at least reply! This company has terrible customer service and don't value customers. I strongly suggest buying from another company. "
"I preordered the ipv5 from them and they said it would be shipped on Feb 3 on the 4th I hadn't received my tracking number so I emailed them to find out. I finally get a response a day later only to tell me that it wouldn't be shipped until march due to a lack of raw materials and that I would be given 4 dollars in points to make up for it. I asked how to go about canceling my order and it took 3 more days to get an answer to that. They must take their business as a joke cause I ordered another from a different vendor and received it in 3 days without an issue. This will be the last and only time I deal with them."
"I ordered a mod from this site on the tenth of november and promptly received my payment confirmation email. I ordered from the US warehouse where my item was instock. It is the 26th and the only emails regarding my order I have received are one sentence responses to my inquiries as to when it would ship. The first email said it would ship on the 24th. I emailed them on the 25th to find out why I hadn't received a notification or tracking number and all they said was that it will ship "next monday" . Save yourself the hassle and frustration and order feom another company. This one doesn't value their customers or care about customer service enough to write more than one sentence in response. "
"Their stuff is garbage, and their customer service is even worst. I bought 2 rda's and the post holes were not drilled complately thru. even if they were you couldnt fit a macro coil into the post holes. then to top it off they gave me a china address to ship back to when i ordered from USA, California. Save your self the aggrivation dont buy from them."
