"I purchased a variety of ammunition from Ammo.com and everything went really well.
After sending them my proper ID, my package was delivered in a timely fashion and my order was correct.
My second order was not so terrific.I sent my order from a different computer and they couldn't find my ID,
because of this they canceled my order and sent me an email on August 10, 2022, clearly stating that a refund
of $126.86 would be credited to my credit card. After waiting almost a month, I contacted Ammo.com and
spoke to a salesman who checked my account and told me his manager would take care of the matter and it might take 3 to 5 days to appear on my credit card. After the five days, I checked with my bank an no refund
was credited to my account. I called Ammo.com again and spoke to Martin this time. He assured me that
the credit would be refunded within a few days. Soon after with still no refund to my account, Martin
sent me a text telling me that no money would be refunded and the order should have never been accepted
in the first place. So....because of a correctable mistake on my end, Ammo.com has my $126.86 and I have
nothing. This is the worst way to treat a once satisified customer. I'm truly upset with the complete lack of
courtesy and business acumen displayed by Ammo.com. Needless to say, they are scammers and crooks
and ofcourse will never, ever get another order from me until Hell freezes over.I've already made it a point to tell the members and friends I have at my gun club just how Ammo.com works. Buyer Beware!

The prices are competitive (more than, if you're comparing it to buying ammo at a brick-and-mortar store). I'm paying $.95/round for .308 plinking rounds in September of 2021.
The customer service is quick and responsive. They answered the chat within seconds. They resolved my issue within a minute, they made sure my friend-referral worked smoothly as well.

My ammo was ordered 2/11/2021 shipped on 2/12/2021 and then deliver on 2/16/2021. Super fast response!!
The only complaint I had was the boxing of the ammo had opened up in the shipping box.
Other than that all quantity is there and additional 43 pieces.

"Ordered ammo on the 6th, was delivered on the 10th. Price was competitive (not great) but I wouldn't have ammunition for my new rifle if it weren't for Ammo.com. The caliber I needed is very hard to find. Their website is as user friendly as any I have ever experienced. Their customer service was much better than I would have expected from an online seller. You can actually talk to a real person. I also like the fact that they support many organizations that defend our second amendment. Keep up the good service.
