"For the past several years I have bought Spanish products through Amigo Foods. Last month, when they left an item out of my order, they did not respond as a reputable merchant should. I contacted their customer service about the fulfillment error and she apologized for the error but made no offer to send me the item (or its equivalent in another brand). The customer service woman said they would refund me the purchase price because they were out of the brand I had ordered and, because it was their peak holiday season, did not want to bother sending an equivalent item separately. Given the moderate shipping cost I had paid for my order, this seemed like shabby treatment to me and I informed the woman I would be taking my future business elsewhere."

Throwing away $50 in food certainly upsets me. Will never buy from them again and would not recomend them. Do not buy from this people!"
