"I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED in these shoes I got from @amiclubwear and their customer service.
I purchased these on 8/31 for $44.99. I received them 9/17 and was so excited to get them! I tried then on, walked across the carpet in my room, then sat back down. When I took them off, the lining had already been to disintegrate.
I contacted customer service with these two images, which were taken on 9/17 and was told "the images sent show [the] item has significant wear." The sticker on the bottom of the shoes doesn't even have any scuffs on it.
I will NEVER purchase anything from them again. Neither should you. Don't waste your money. "
"That being said, they're not perfect. If you get shorted a pair of shoes, you have to call right away. Have your order number, the CPU of the item, and the shipping number. Leave a message. They will respond. I have been cheated by them before, but when I think back, my response was delayed, I didn't have the numbers, and I didn't leave a phone message. "I am first time customer for this site. My first hurdle was the significant amount of time it took for my items to shipped. I placed an order on 6/25/20, and received my items on 7/2/20. I went back the following day, 6/26/20, and placed another order. As of today, 7/15/20, I have yet to received a shipping number nor what I've paid for. A shipment coming from California should NOT take this long. My second hurdle was the size of the swimsuits, I ordered a large and they completely fit like a small. Third hurdle, customer service doesn't exist, after multiple days, multiple calls...they do not answer phones!!!"

"Placed an order and didn’t get confirmation email. Sent an email. They sent an email back a day later with confirmation and stating it was probably sent to spam, which it wasn’t. It’s been almost two weeks and my order is still saying processing. I have sent another email, but haven’t gotten a response. Don’t waste you’re money! It’s a scam!!"

"Ive been a customer since they first opened along with pinkbasis (and lollicouture), it was 2009-10 i believe. Never had issues with their service. Their return process takes some time but if smthg is defective they let u keep it and issue a refund. I am a shoe collector I own more than 300 pairs of heels and boots and 50% of my shoes are from AMI.
I loved when they made their very own shoes, the amiclubwear brand, i have many boots and shoes that are AMI brand, tho i am normally a size 8 and i have to get a 7.5 in the AMI brand in boots and heels.
The last 2 yrs they carry clothing made in china you can find on aliexpress which is the sad part. They used to carry some made in the USA clothing. Ive bought one horribly made stiff dress priced at 11bux which i had to throw away, it was the only bad purchase in so many years. So their dresses are and were a hit or miss, I still have some great dresses and jackets from them. Their shoes are very low priced, theyre brands you can find on GoJane, ShopAkria, F21, Wholesalefashionshoes, ebay etc. They are brands like Cape Robbin, Bamboo, Wild Diva, Anne Michelle, MackinJ etc. "
"the first purchase i made from them was processed at a timely manner and it arrived and I was super excited since i cannot talk bad about the quality of their products. BUT OMG DOES THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE ****!!!!! i had place another order and one of the items was out of stock, but i did not know until the order was processed. well i wanted to exchange the item for another, they took about 5 days to respond , just to tell me that the item i wanted as an exchange was out of stock as well. WELLLLLLL i told them to refund my money, took them about another 5 days to reply to a simple email.
i had made another order to give them the benefit of the doubt, well this ordered arrived on time, BUT they sent me the completely wrong stuff and the MAIN ITEM THAT I WANTED NEVER ARRIVED. As soon as i could i contacted them , with the items still in bags , i took pictures and even took a picture of the receipt. they replied like 10 days later to let me know that the item "missing" (WHICH SHOULD OF NEVER BEEN MISSING TO BEGIN WITH!!!!! )is being processed to be shipped
till this day i have not heard anything from anyone. im sure that with the time passed by now the item i been waiting for in no longer in stock. their customer service is complete GARBAGE. "
