"The name and logo are purposely deceptive. Amerockdecor has nothing to do with the hinge manufacturer Amerock . It took a week for them to ship a stock Amerock hinge and they refer to Amerock as a supplier. I received an order of Amerock hinges and was unhappy with the quality. I was told I would have to pay a 25% restocking fee. Outrageous, but I said OK. 3 days later I was still waiting so I called them. I will get a credit to my card less the 25% fee, but I do not need to send back the hinges. Restocking fee for something that isn't being restocked? "
