"My son and I, after much searching, found a beach ball (black) at American Promotions, to use for his character accessory in the school ball. Quite reasonable and best of all they allow sample, no minimum, purchases. Good communication followed our order which was received on Feb. 7. If we ever need any product Am. Prom. sells, we will buy from this company. Good Job!!"

"I ordered from American Promotions several months ago and the product they sent was not what I was expecting. Apparently they recently started offering the option of small orders to individuals rather than just selling large orders to businesses and they hadn't yet gotten all the bugs out of their online listings. They admitted the mistake went above and beyond to correct it. I've never dealt with any company that went to such an extent to make me a happy customer. And that's not an exaggeration. I can't help but rate them 5 out of 5."
