I found American Legacy Fishing through the usual search engines and decided to take a plunge and buy a couple of Salmon Rods I couldn't find in the UK. Reasonable shipping costs etc.... 2 days later I receive a call from UK customs for me to pay the expected import duty and the next morning as I left home for work the FedEx guy is walking to meet me with a couple of rods... "The shipping tubes that the rods are shipped in are fairly thick and extremely strong (good choice American Legacy!). On two previous rod orders shipped via Fedex, everything was received in perfect condition. However, on my third rod order the tube was broken when I received it via USPS. Since the tubes are so strong, I could only imagine there was a bad handling accident during shipping so I sent the rod back. The American Legacy customer service guys were super helpful, friendly and understanding through the process of replacing the rod. When they received new stock in my make/model, my new rod was in my hands within a few days. I'm here to tell you how much I appreciate their customer service. With their integrity and helpfulness, they have earned my trust and customer loyalty."
