"First, let me say that every time that I emailed them, I got a response within 24 hours. This is a pretty big deal. But not once did I receive a proactive email stating there would be additional delays to my order. Their customer service is purely reactionary.

I ordered 1000 rounds of once fired .223 ammunition from them on March 5th. I had a very specific purpose for this and needed it by March 22nd. Even with the specified delay of 4-6 business days, I should have had this ammo before the required date.

I emailed them on the 6th day and got the response on the 7th. They generated my shipping on that day, March 14th. They also advised it would be active on Monday. Still enough time to get it to me by the 22nd.

No activity from UPS on Monday, March 18th. I emailed them at 6:30 AM and got a response at 9:49 AM stating that the UPS site advises Friday 21st delivery. I email them at 11:49 thanking them for the update because UPS still has no receipt of the package. I email again at 9:09 PM well after UPS has run on Monday and enough time for UPS to update their system, it shows delivery of March 24th.

Tuesday, March 19th I receive an email at 9:27 AM stating that I might try calling UPS to see if I can pick it up at my local hub on Friday since it should be there for the following Monday delivery. They offer some Hornady Zombie Max ammo as an apology.

Now I have not had too much experience with UPS but have worked with FedEx extensively and picking up before delivery date is not usually possible. UPS is not too different than FedEx and pick up before delivery was not possible.

The date is now March 23rd, the birthday part was a bit of let down due to the lack of .223 ammo. I cannot review the ammunition quality since it has yet to arrive.

I had advised they should keep their Zombie Max ammo. Two facts were against them, they missed two shipping dates.

One implied shipping date 4-6 business day delay (ended up being 8 business days)and one stated in the March 14th email.

Also that I could have gotten unfired ammunition for about the same cost, once shipping was factored into the cost.

I advised these two facts were going to reflect poorly up on them.

If you are not too concerned with shipping times and only care about reactionary customer service, this might be your vendor.
