"I PURCHASED A RECORDER- SENT IT BACK BY THEIR TIME FRAME AND SHIPPING- They never acknowledged that they received it so I had to send an email- Scott told me that the refund would be processed immediately. 6 almost 7 weeks later still no refund. So I disputed it with my bank. Once I told Scott I did that my refund all of a sudden was processed. His excuse was the accountant had not been in- For almost 2 months? Then the refund was minus the restocking fee. How can they restock a broken product? So I am out almost $30 for shipping both ways and their restocking fee for a defective product. I am still dealing with this from my bank because I want the rest of the original price. Scott also sent me a threatening email saying he was reporting me for fraud because I disputed the charge. Seriously? is this how this business makes their money? $30 a person- not a bad profit for a broken product.
So SCOTT DESROSIERS- you and the company you work for are horrible business people and I will not stop until I get back the rest of the money you basically stole from me. "
