"I ordered a print and frame. It did not turn out well. A staff member was gracious and asked that I return it in exchange for a credit. I did.
A family death contributed to me not quickly ordering something new.
When I did try to collect the credit, I got no response from the company despite forwarding the emails from the employee who acknowledged return receipt of the original work and promised the replacement.
So, they now have the framed print I paid for and my money paying for it.
If they don't want to honor a credit, they simply ignore you. It's been a miserable experience. "
