"We politely disagree with AmericanMe. The source of equipment (Europe) was clearly identified on the website. Customer chose to order because he liked the price. After awhile, we honestly told him we are unable to get a confirmation on the ship date from the supplier. He agreed to 2 time extensions. After which we advised him to cancel, which he did. His card was never billed. "
"I selected this company because online the price was good, a 600 dollar order for 10 antennas, and they advertised as having in stock with a 10 day shipping time. A month and three days later they said they haven't received shipping information from Motorola Europe yet?? Which was confusing because they are advertised as being in New York. I'm not sure why they would order outside the country. Cancelling was a a process.. I tried to visit the website and it was down ( super scary ), so I called them and they told me they would cancel the order I am waiting for the refund to hit my card has not yet. I hope this wont be a process to get money back. If it is, I will surely let everyone know. "
"Caution! They advertise parts that they list in stock but are out of stock and discontinued. I paid using PayPal and then had to call for a refund.
They should NOT advertise items in stock unless they actually have the items.

"This is a place to be for you two-way radio needs. Prices and customer service are excellent here. Prices at least 20% cheaper than other online store, and yes, I do lots of online shopping. Customer serivce is excellent, there is always someone on the other end to answer your question. Their website is user friendly. Everything is clear including details descriptions and pictures. If you have issue with territorial sales restriction, contact them first. Most of the times they can work somthing out. Shipping is super fast, and deliver ontime as promised. (Thanks Ed!)"
