"Over the past few weeks I have been trying to spend money with them but after many phone calls and lots of promises that they are setting up an account so I can order... Still nothing!!! I just want to give them money for a product but they are so focused on their paperwork they fail to realize that I am going to go buy the product somewhere else. How can anyone stay in business like this? Each time I call I am told I need to sign up for an account online or send someone an email with my info or they will send me the proper forms and paperwork to fill out. I send the emails and register for an account online but I never see the promised emails or receive the promised follow up phone call."
"I wanted to order the 60 ml syringes regular tip (screw on needle type) for my customers and your site says they are off limits. So I called was told to set up account. So I did. still not able to order. called customer service sat on phone for 20 minutes and hung up. just want to order these for my customers that need precise measurements. This is my first order.
