"I would highly recommend this company for their outstanding Lifetime warranty and customer service. I bought a tripod for my camera, my dog knocked it over and broke the crank handle off, which in my opinion wasnt because of a faulty part, I contacted them to see if I could buy a new handle, (explaining what had happened) and they told me it had a lifetime guarentee and replaced the tripod with a new one.
