"I had terrible itching on my upper body. Abdomen,stomach,breast and back. It felt like being **** with needles, especially at night. I would wake up at least 3 times a night scratching. I didn’t know what was wrong. I couldn’t find any symptoms online related to menopause since I am still having a cycle (50yr old). I thought I was going crazy. "I am 61 years old. I don't like taking medication. I have been taking Amberen Menopause for over six months now. It has replaced the medication I was taking for the extreme hot flashes I would get. "I think the product is expensive and I had my doubts about it working. I bit the bullet, purchased a 3 month supply and took as directed ech morning with breakfast. The night sweats went soaking myself and bed to a breast sweat only. In addition the number of times awoken have been reduced from 5-7 night sweats down to 1 or 2. Some nights have none and sleep through till morning. My daytime hot flashes went away for a while but noticed I am getting them 2-3 week rather in the beginning 2-3 times daily."
