"This is the third Sony eBook I have bought. I like it a lot, but it took two failures -- possibly my fault -- before I found this one that works. Both the previous eBooks quit working after less than 2 years. However, I found out when I bought this new one that there is an "eject" arrow at the top of the "Reader for PC" page, and it wasn't till last August 2013 that Sony Support told me about that button! Support was quicker and more convenient when they had free telephone support. Now they provide an online chat with the technician, and that has worked for me, too. I use the eBook mostly for checking out free public library books and making the print larger. The Kobo store works well for the books I've purchased. I had a steep learning curve to learn how to use it, but part of the reason was maybe the first 2 units I bought (PRS-T1 units) did not work as well as the one I now have (PRS-T2). "
