Well, when I purchased these there was NO MENTION of HAND WASH ONLY in the item description. Amazingly, after I requested to return the item with a vendor provided prepaid shipping label, it now says HAND WASH ONLY. Also, the outer material that these are made out of snags SO badly, that you don't even want to bother purchasing these if you have pets...or children...or tend to be clumsy. Basically, just don't purchase them! You should SEE the list of requirements just to return them (at your own cost) if they don't work for you! DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!"

No Robots and transfer. She helped me and the company even shipped additional wires for free my unique setup with the TV and Xbox."

"Nobody answered their customer service phone number after several attempts. Also, nobody called me back after opting for a callback. I tried e-mailing them and it took several e-mails to finally get a hold of someone competent enough to answer my question. I had bought a Playstation from them. Three days later I saw it on sale for a better price elsewhere. I wanted to know if they would price match it. They said that they would not and that basically, they would not accept a return either because I had already opened it. I should've bought it from another seller without such a strict return policy."

"I ordered something off of Facebook for Christmas that was simple but the perfect gift for my husband. Without any reason they simply cancelled the order and said they were refunding my money? When I contacted them they stated "We were out of stock on what we sold you, we refunded your money" No customer service what so ever.
