These guys are seriously good at what they do. To start, they have an excellent product with the sales and after purchase staff to back it up. Honestly, I was terrified being this was my first attempt at a hands-on air conditioning purchase. My story begins with me restoring 4,000 feet of a 115 year historic property. Going ductless was the way for me. I settled with the the 36,000 BTU, 4 zone BMM36C. Though I am handy with tools, I knew nothing about air conditioning - nothing. They did not try to over sell me when I was buying. My purchase was exactly what I needed and everything was there upon delivery. I was overwhelmed when all that stuff arrived. After several months of looking at what I bought, reading the manuals, watching videos, I finally decided to go for it.

"We were upgrading from a small single Senville unit to a dual zone bigger unit for a garage addition worth two rooms, and I wanted something a little bit more beefy. My total experience from talking to Chris about making sure I had the right type of unit with the right type of accessories and stepping me through the process along the way and then the install manager Kevin sending me a really cool wiring diagram that was infinitely more useful than anything that was in the instruction manual and answering all of my questions to the delivery and self install was beyond my expectations. The customer service piece was impressive to say least. These guys took a lot of time and Chris was super patient, answering all my questions without rushing me. The unit is equally impressive, whisper quiet - don’t even hear it and had to go outside to confirm it was even running. Wi-Fi set up a simple, remote works well which was a problem with my other unit. The install was relatively smooth. I had a small issue, but it was my own wiring issue at my disconnect box. I forgot I needed to swap the 20amp breaker to a 30 given the old unit was 115v. Highly recommend these guys if you are like me, looking to DIY problem solve and want the best bang for your buck! "
