"Never received my order and the tracking information from the courier stated it had been returned to alphamaleundies. I have made several attempts contacting this company for a refund and as of yet have not received one. Instead I’ve been met with weak promises of “checking into this tomorrow” which has now been going on for two weeks. With my most recent communication with them it was implied I was oblivious to custom fees for an international order and that’s why it wasn’t delivered. Alphamaleundies, I’ve been an online shopper for years and I’m well versed in custom fees which I pay on delivery of goods. The inability of a courier you selected to deliver the purchased goods would be an issue you need to take up with that business. Instead you have rudely insinuated that the undelivered purchase is my fault. I have a great deal of disposable income and I can state it will never again be for a purchase with such a poorly run operation as yours. My advice to anyone thinking of ordering from this company would be DO NOT as evidenced by my experience in what they consider customer service."

"I have been ordering some undies from this shop despite reading the earlier reviews here as this shop was only one still offering the item. Despite their claim that delivery should take place within 6-12 working days, nothing happened within a month. An initial atttempt to get an update on the status of the order failed. They reacted only after I threatened to open a Paypal dispute and refunded the money paid. So, if you feel still compelled to order from them, make sure that you pay only through Paypal."
"It has taken alphamaleundies over 2 months to ship my order. I asked them to please cancel the order twice, and got a response 2 weeks later that they were behind and would ship my order as soon as possible. It seems they are refusing to cancel the order.

"That is a terrible shop, I did a order with 5 items in april 2014. I got 4 items two weeks later. 2 items of them i sent back within two weeks. Now it is the 15th of october 2014 and i still waiting for the fifth Item also still waiting for the money of the 2 items i sent back. I asked them three times. That is so horrible! now i can go to an advocate to get my money back. So i can only warn all People to buy something there. Sorry for my english, i´m from Germany. greetings"
"I purchased two products with Alphamaleundies.com, first of all late delivery, terrible customer service, after more than one month waiting i only received one of them. The Modus Vivendi latex boxer, wich i supposed it was latex for the price i payed it´s nothing but a vinyl bad quality boxer.
I strongly advice not to purchase to this people and save your money for other websites more serious."
