"This is a highly unethical company. I ordered 2 products through an ad on an unrelated internet site. This was supposedly an introductory offer of $4.95 for each product. The ad said nothing about this committing you to receiving ongoing shipments at extremely high prices. It took 20 days to receive the products. A notice informed me that if I did not want to continuing receiving products. I had to ship the products back within 30 days of the time I placed my order. The service rep was completely unhelpful. After much questioning. he told me that if they did not receive the returns within the next 4 days. my credit card would be charged for the full retail value, which would be approximately $138. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, he insisted that none was available. I would never trust this company!"
