"WOW. 10-15 days to process an order, and then 2-4 weeks for it to ship- and this is paid shipping! You won't find this information on the website, but the (not-very-friendly) customer service rep just let me know the order I placed on 11/27 is not going to be here in time for Christmas and she has 'no idea when to expect it to ship'and that 'most items arrive in two weeks but sometimes it takes a month'. My first time ordering from this place and it will certainly be the last. "
