You might get your order in a timely fashion.

"The order was placed on 3-31-2016 and an invoice stating that the order would be shipped within two days was emailed to me on 4-1-2016. The order was not actually shipped until 4-8-2016, and received on 4-14-2016. Due to this issue, I purchased vinyl elsewhere and returned the order unopened.

Per conversations with a representative from all vinyl fabrics, the item was back ordered. Per their website, if the item was back ordered, I was supposed to be given the choice of canceling the order
"In this event, we will give you an estimated time of availability and give you the choice of canceling the out-of-stock items, holding off shipment of your entire order until the product is available, or receiving a partial shipment of the in-stock items first and the out-of-stock items when they are available."

I have yet to have my refund credited to my account.

There are much better options out there for vinyl fabric. I suggest looking for one unless you have 2-3 weeks to wait for your order.
