"I ordered a Panasonic W2 from allthingstech.com because they had the 2nd lowest price and were the only ones who had it in stock. I was a little worried at first by the limited number of reviews and the lack of a 1-800 number, but I ordered anyways, and I'm very happy. I called (long distance, but hey, long distance is cheap these days) first to confirm that it was in stock and would ship next day, and they told me they could probably ship it the same day. I placed my order at around 12:30 Central, and they did indeed ship it out that night. However, their online order tracking page gave me a fright because it contintued to show that it hadn't shipped even 2 days later. Another quick phone call cleared that up though and they gave me the FedEx tracking number over the phone. I used their cheap $8 ground shipping option and my package arrived 3 days after I ordered and in perfect condition.

All in all, I'm very happy with the purchase and am even thinking about getting one of those Hitachi refurbished 21" monitors the other reviewers bought. The only thing to be careful of is their online order tracking page - if it says your thing hasn't shipped, just give them a call because odds are that it shipped and the order tracking page just wasnt updated properly."

"I got in on the Hitachi 21" monitors as well. The company offers very good prices on their stuff. Not only that, but the S&H for the monitor was *only* 7 bucks which is pretty crazy.

Customer service, from what I hear is as good as it gets. I didn't have any problems, but if you do, the president of the company himself makes an attempt to fix your problems."

"I purchased a refurbished Hitachi 21" monitor from them as well. The monitor came fast with very cheap shipping. Upon receiving the monitor, I quickly discovered that the OCD panel and buttons did not work!

I emailed them and requested that they either refund me or sent me a replacement at their expense -- and was really surprised that they did! Currently, I've got two 21" Hitachi refurbs sitting at home, the second of which works beautifully. I'm awaiting details on what to do with the defective one.

"I bought the refurb 21" Hitachi monitor but it had a dead spot of about 10x10 pixels. The shipping was extremely quick and cheap, especially for such a huge and heavy monitor. In addition they were quick to reply when i asked for a replacement and gave me the option of ethier $40 credit or to have them arrange for a pickup and send out a replacement at their cost. I will definitely buy from them again."
