"Their shipping is awful!!!! I ordered an item for my daughter who was leaving for college. Called when it was not shipped within the week and was told it would ship early the next week. To date, 15 days later....still no shipment. They also DO NOT return emails. They are back east and it is difficult to get a hold of them when you are on the west coast. DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!"
