"I ordered a framed canvas print from this company and it cost $130. When it arrived, I could not believe the shoddy workmanship! The canvas was not cut correctly and images from another print was visible and it wasn't even framed properly. I called immediately and was told to send a photo and they would call me right back. Never heard from them, so called again and the person said this has never happened before, yet all the reviews say otherwise. A credit for less than the full amount was issued, so I am disputing with my credit card company. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!! "

"I clicked the "Place Your Order" link and a notice popped up that that item was currently available. I chatted with customer service as to whether that was the size or the entire range of sizes in that item that was unavailable. The outcome after a l-o-n-g conversation was that he didn't know and couldn't find out. It was obvious that he wanted to get rid of me and that wish was made explicit when he plumped a canned, "We are so sorry ... etc. ", generic apology in the middle of an exchange. He suggested, among other things, clearing my cache and using another browser. When he asked what the specific language of the pop-up notice was I went back and re-entered the order in order to trigger it. To my surprise, THIS TIME the order went through. When I told him that he immediately replied with another canned, "Thank you for your order", and disconnected.
I am not counting on receiving it."
"Made a pretty decent size order (>$150) and was not happy with the fact that I had to pay $25 shipping on top of that - but decided to go ahead anyway - I am in Canada and ordered through allposters.ca
When my package was to arrive - discovered that on top of shipping, I was required to pay over $25 in duty as well. So for a $150 order, paying $50 in shipping and Duty - not a good ratio.
Checked their Terms and Conditions and there is no mention of Duty fees to Canada. Tried a dummy order just to see if there is a mention of this anywhere and nothing.
Reached out to their customer service and they had nothing to say. Other than you can refuse the package and send it back.
Unfortunately can't find all of these items on other sites, otherwise I would.

"One of the two orders I placed was shipping from Ohio; I live in Illinois and this package went from Ohio to Indiana to Texas to Arizona to New Mexico, back to Indiana and then finally (17 days later) to me in Illinois. When competing with companies like Amazon, this is completely unacceptable. Stop using Fedex and go to UPS or another company you can depend on. Very frustrating! The other canvas took over 2 weeks to get as well, which they don't tell you when you enter the order. Misleading. I like the canvases, but the shipping is a nightmare.

"Ok, so I found this site online while searching for some character cardboard standees. I was looking to place a rather large order for my church. I got on their live chat feature and the customer service agent hooked me up with their 50% deal that they had running. Saved me tons of money. I placed the order. THEN I came across the review sites for this particular company and it wasn't looking good based off of other reviews. Honestly, it freaked me out. I thought for sure I had just gotten taken/scammed based off of other reviews. I made it a priority of mine to stay connected with the customer service agents, checking on my order and tracking information. That whole experience for about a weeks time was very pleasant. Customer service provided everything I had asked for. Tracking information came fairly quickly and my order was delivered a day earlier than it's projected delivery date. At this point, so far so good.
I opened the box to take a look at the 15 to 16 cardboard character standees that I had ordered. They were nicely packaged and protected. Again, so far so good. I took out the first standee to see Luke Skywalker and Princess Leia. Overall, the print quality of that standee is ok. Seems a little dull and fuzzy, but not horrible. I then pulled out Woody and Buzz Light Year from Toy Story, and wow, this one is super cool. Vibrant colors. Well printed and quality looks great. I'm excited. I haven't pulled out any of the others yet, but by looking at the first 2 standees and the experience I had from start to finish, my fears were definitely relieved. I can only hope at this point that the other standees are just as great as the Buzz and Woody Toy Story cutout. Hopefully, I'm not a little too early on the review, but overall, my experience from start to finish was much different than what I read online in other reviews."

"I ordered a poster of a real black panther print. It came very fast. I thought it was going to be on cheap thin regular paper most posters are on & was shocked. The poster paper was thick & strong paper. The photo print was clear. It's a beuatiful Poster & I recommend everyone to shop here for good qaulity photo prints. Thank u All Posters!!! "

"I do not recommend allposters.com and will never buy from them again because they have negligent customer service. My order was delayed twice fro shipping. I would get an email that it shipped then another that there was a shipping delay. After the second time I emailed customer service and the reply did not even address my grievance or questions! It was just like a scripted response. When I finally received my item I had a problem with it. I tried the chat. The chat person did not answer my questions, he just kept writing the same thing over and over. I called customer and asked to speak to a supervisor, I was cut off and they did not call back even though they said they would if there was any problems. THey say that they have a 100% guarantee etc, but I'm not even going to try to mess with that, I am going to take it to Michaels and have them fix it. I will NEVER buy from them again!!!!!! "
"I ordered the "Neon Genesis Evangelion Death and Rebirth" poster for my freshman dorm room. The poster, which is 27'' by 40'', turned out to be rather fuzzy and not "crisp" like the 5 dollar posters you would find at Target or Walmart. I paid $13 for the poster (including tax and shipping) when it was on sale from its original $19.99. SO GLAD I bought it while it was on sale, because I would be asking for my money back if I paid full price for the poor quality the poster came in... The image, which I believe it taken from the Evangelion movie Death and Rebirth DVD or VHS cover, was clearly blown up incorrectly. The poster image on the Allposters site was blurry as well. I'll hang it up in my dorm room, but next time I want to order a poster I'll definitely look at Redbubble or Amazon. "

"I work for a studio in Houston TX, we're starting a new room for clients and made orders in time for our grand opening. I ordered not only from allposters.com but several other sites days after ordering from Allposters.com. 11 posters in total where ordered from them, 20 from the other companies. All the others are here with free shipping all within their range of expected shipping. However the spots on the wall where the Allposters were supposed to be are empty. None here within the expected shipping range. When I looked at tracking it's literally the slowest shipping method, yet they charged more than any other company for lighter material. I will never! Ever! Every order from them again! This has really ruined my part in setting up the studio's grand opening and has made me look like the weak link and like a fool! "
