"I bought 7 items on the ALLBUY app. The prices were too good to be true! My payment went through successfully and after checking a couple of days later ALL SEVEN ITEMS WERE REMOVED! It said 'refund successful' with NO other explanation as to why my items were being refunded!
I emailed customer service to find out why my items were refunded. This was the email reply I recieved:

I did NOT have a nice weekend! I checked my MasterCard bill and it showed the amount was successfully paid but after giving the benefit of the doubt and checking this months bill THERE STILL IS NO REFUND!!!
I am so upset and angry at this lack of service, lack of answers, lack of everything expected from any service providing company!
I have sent one more email to ALLBUY to try to redeem themselves and return the money they STOLE from me. If they do not, I intend on seeking legal action. As well I will be posting on any and all sites I can possibly find to exploit this fake company for what it really is.
