"My experience is similar to the rest. I ordered on line and received an email saying I needed to contact them regarding my order. It was an upsell with information not on their web site.
When I wanted only the camera without a warranty or accessories I was told the camera was coming from overseas. Therefore, there was no US warranty. I said that would be fine I was willing to take the risk for the price. When I called back 5 minutes later to verify that this was actually a sealed Sony camera the salesperson I then talked with informed me that my order had been cancelled!
I would not have known there was no camera coming until the end of the 4-6weeks I was told it would take to get the camera instock...BTW their website stated the camera was in stock.
I cancelled the order formally!

But after calling and trying to place an order they told me it was in stock, or it was until I wanted nothing more but the camera itself, not the double priced accessories that are suppose to come with it, DON'T BUY FROM HERE!"
"Total scam. I phoned in my order to make sure that their phone worked. They charged credit card right away but still haven't seen anything yet. All of a sudden, their phone is always busy I can't reach them through phone, fax, or email. AMEX has the same 800 number for contact so all they can do is reverse charges."
