"I ordered a U.S. version of the OnePluse 7t Pro McLaren edition phone charger and was sent the European charger version instead, which is absolutely no use to me in the U.S. I opened a dispute and was informed that my claim of having been sent the wrong item was 'invalid', despite providing them with a picture of the item I had received. This is unbelievably poor service and I recommend that you stay away from this scam operation. "

"I've been buying from Aliexpress over 5 years now. It really is a hit and miss. Typically their items are cheap and low quality unless they are specific brand that you know is good. There are some good quality items like bike accessories/hdmi connectors/USB hubs/authentic badminton shuttlecock. There a handful of times that the seller sent completely different or fake items. Just make sure you "open dispute" before clicking "item arrived". Otherwise aliexpress will release the money to the seller and you might never see your money again. The few times that I had issues I had to raise the issue to aliexpress as I can't come to an agreement with the seller, and I got my refund on 3 occasions. Typically shipping to Canada is 2 months even up to 4 months for items. I did have some package arrived in 3 weeks time before. I'd say only order things that you don't mind waiting for up to 4 months or may never arrive and lose the money completely. Otherwise stick to amazon or some other big name store."

"I placed an order on Aliexpress. My credit card was instantly charged for full amount including shipping. Couple of days later I received a message from seller. The seller informed me the item is no longer available. The seller asked me to cancel my order.
After I canceled my order I received only a partial refund. I tried to contact seller but I got no response. I tried to get on line help from virtual assistant Eva but I got no response. I tried to open a dispute but it was not possible because the order was closed. I was unable to leave feedback same reason.
This is the lesson for me. I am going to cancel my Aliexpress account.

"Do not buy from BESTNAVY TECH Store. Sent me a bad DVD drive. Wanted me to pull up on the sides to fix it. Sent videos and pictures to dispute. Like many reviewers have already stated, the dispute always goes to the seller. They said I didn't have proof (even though the videos and pictures show a bad drive). This model isn't sustainable and eventually people will catch on. When you think you're saving money, you're not. Especially after you loose $100 and then just have to buy it from a reputable place that stands behind their products...like Amazon. Never again from aliexpress. I submitted a dispute and requested a refund.
The dispute went to AliExpress arbitration.
AliExpress arbitration told me to upload as evidence proof photos of package with tracking number, waybill and item sent.
I uploaded the requested evidence as proof.
AliExpress arbitration ruled against me. NO REFUND.
Reason? Insufficient evidence proof! But I uploaded what you asked for? No explanation given about what was insufficient.
No way to appeal, no other channels of communication open.
AliExpress allowed this seller to defraud me and steal $50 from me.
AliExpress protects fraudulent and incompetent sellers.
They do not protect honest buyers.
Waste of money, waste of time.

"I purchased a $130 CAD product in May and waited patiently until August to check on up it being that it said "If it does not arrive by August XXth you can request a full refund". So, I check and my package had been RETURNED TO THE SELLER! So, I ask for a full refund and what do I get? "The buyer and seller couldnt agree, so we will give you $57.00" !! So, I did NOTHING wrong, waited patiently and never received my product yet got scammed for almost 2/3 of the cost. The seller is/was completely silent, so how did they "disagree" ?
The website has a page that says FULL REFUND if your product is not received. We supposedly have buyer protection. Apparently not!
This website is a complete and utter scam. I've been robbed of about $70 CAD. In fact, until I receive my "refund" of $57 I'll assume I've been scammed out of the full $130.
Do not buy anything from this website and spread the word that they are a scam company."
"I ordered a pair of the fur covered sandals at the end of April 2020. Good thing they were only $20 dollars ($12 for the sandals and $8 for the shipping). They said it would take up to 30 days, which I understand because the pandemic so things get pushed back. After 2 months I opened a ticket asking for my money back, the response was that I couldn't get my money back because the seller was still under some protection and to please wait 10 more days, well it's now the end of July and still no sandals and no refund everytime I open a new ticket they just keep asking me to wait even last one said please wait 6 more days. Don't order from here you won't ever get your products and you won't get your money back. It's a scam."

"I purchased 2 bathroom sink faucets from Ali for $100+ Only one LED goes on and it screams like a banshee. Ali says it is normal for LED to shriek; it is the voice of the LED. Funny nothing in the advert says get ear plugs to use your faucets. In the other three faucets the LED doesn’t work so no screaming. Their offer at settlement--$8. That won’t cover the cost of new, non-screaming faucets or a plumber to try to repair these. Can you say RIP OFF?! Ali sells cheap Chinese garbage and then keeps the money when it is proven to be garbage.
