AVOID ALIEXPRESS AT ALL COST! THEY NEVER DELIVERED MY ORDER !

"I ordered 2 items and the website said it was "delivered" on a specific date 22 July 2021.
But in reality NOTHING was delivered ever. I offered Aliexpress to send them al the videos from my Ring security camera on that day proving that nothing was delivered.
They did not even reply.
Terrible customer service.
Avoid at all cost!

I didn't receive my parcel but aliexpress released payment to seller.

"I never received my parcel, but it showed delivered. I called Canada Post to complain no delivery, they said seller/sender is the only one who can put a claim, not me. aliexpress seller already got my money, do they care about to put a claim on missing items? NO. of course, aliexpress.com doesn't care too, open a dispute didn't work, no live chat, only Eva.
That is why I rate one star! I didn't receive the order, and I can't get a refund because the aliexpress seller did not want to open a claim to Canada post! Aliexpress, please tell me what kind of evidence you need to prove I did not receive my order???

AliExpress – 25% failure rate; in no way Express, it’s a Lottery

"AliExpress in no way is an Express; It is a Lottery at best. 25% of my orders failed. Out of 8 orders placed lately on AliExpress, two failed, six came okay; an unacceptable statistic.
One of the failed orders was for a part that felled apart on opening. While there is no financial damage to me (I received my money back), it was a waste of several weeks waiting for the part and then some to receive refund.
The other failed order never arrived. Somehow it was reported delivered. Do not know who and on what basis declared that. My dispute with AilExpress was closed out without me knowing it. AliExpress’ justification, which I discovered after the fact, was shocking: (sic!) “You didn't provide us with valid evidence to prove you haven't received the package, we assume you have received the package”. For AliExpress, offence is the best defense; blame it on the customer himself. Guilty unless proven innocent. No request for “valid evidence”, no information on what kind of evidence “of not receiving” is valid, no proof of delivery provided, no responses from a Chinese vendor named Outdoor Equipment Store to four order status inquiries.
I contacted EVA (Chat). For a while it seemed I was getting some traction. EVA was going to contact the vendor and promised to reply within 48 hours. They asked me for my direct email address etc. (as if they did not have it already) and then… a complete radio silence. It has been a week now.
In Summary, a Chinese vendor named Outdoor Equipment Store is a scammer and it has been supported by AliExpress’ inaction. My fairly small financial loss is a cheap lesson learnt.
The most off-putting for me to continue buying on AliExpress website is the fact that AliExpress condones dishonest vendors like Outdoor Equipment Store. Writing creative justifications, like the one quoted above, is an example. A scary and self-destructing business practice.
It is just too bad for many good honest vendors using AliExpress platform to end up being painted with the same brush.

La qualité dépend des vendeurs.

"Mon expérience avec Aliexpress est mitigée. Certains vendeurs sont honnêtes, d'autres le sont beaucoup moins, tant en ce qui concerne les produits que le délai de livraison.
Il faut choisir les boutiques les mieux notées quitte à payer les produits un peu plus chers, et surtout bien lire des descriptions des produits sans se fier aux photos qui sont parfois, peut-être volontairement, trompeuses.
Il m'est également arrivé de recevoir des produits indubitablement contrefaits, notamment des composants électroniques qui étaient très largement hors des spécifications des datasheets.
La plupart des litiges que j'ai ouverts ont été réglés en ma faveur, soit par le vendeur lui-même, soit par Aliexpress une fois passé le délai de règlement du litige et qu'un accord n'a pas été trouvé avec le vendeur.

FAST SHIPPING IS A JOKE and Aliexpress is a scam organization

"I ordered an item to be delivered by Dec 24th and paid $55 for FedEX with a guarantee from the vendor who outright lied. I submitted a dispute and guess what happened? Nothing. It was turned down. Aliexpress does not support it's customers and take way too long to settle disputes. When item are late all you get from vendors are, pelase wait, it's coming. They have no regard for customer service and they care - they have your money. Aliexpress is a fail and either needs to step it up or go away."

Total Scam! Do avoid!

"Total Scam! Please spare your money and energy and look elsewhere. I've ordered 40 items with a specific size and the seller has sent out 40 times a different (much cheaper) size. Even though I have evidence since the items have labels on them showing the wrongs sizes and the seller has admitted to having sent the wrong sizes in private message, AliExpress has decided in favor of the seller and not offered a full refund. Luckily, I paid with PayPal and am now opening a dispute directly with them. Never ever will I order with AliExpress again. I rather pay more money and purchase with trustworthy companies. Never again!"

Do NOT purchase from Aliexpress

"My organization spent more than $800 on items that arrived completely (100%) damaged and more than 3 months late. Aliexpress' system of 'negotiation' with seller took another month to complete. I ended up only receiving $400 refund. So I basically spent $400 of junk that just went to the trash.
I (and the institution I work with) definitely will not go through them again.
