"It has be 10 days since I ordered a replacement lcd screen for my camera and it shows on my order that they are still awaiting payment....Paypal has processed it and it has been charged to my mastercard????!!! I have a feeling my money is gone, the phone number if fake and every time you try to send a message it bounces back
Been almost a month now and no communication from these people and no shipment or tracking number!!! I paid for fast shipping!!!"
"The first days of January I ordered a motherboard for my norebook.Il January 25 on the site had written that there were problems. I wrote what problems there were and in the middle of March they replied that they no longer had their mother. They said they would send me the money back with paypal but to date nothing and they do not answer the emails ..... what a shame..

Still trying to return the item for a full refund but company is not responding to my emails.

"I had to order a particular a particular motherboard so I could recover a raid 0 system along with some photos I hadn't backed up and there were very few outlets for such an old motherboard. The delivery took a while but it was coming from hong-kong just after christmas. It arrived it was missing a couple of the extras that came with the original motherboard when bought new but I had them from the old motherboard. I have rebuilt my system and it has been functioning now for a couple of days without issue."
"I ordered a motherboard for an asus g53jw for $300.00 from algogo on 22nd of Nov 2011 - I waited over a month, and still did not recieve this item, after about 40 days I finaly recieved the motherboard, only to plug it in and have it DEAD - I immediatly contacted customer support who stated that they would not refund or exchange the item. They claim the item is no longer in stock, but it shows otherwise on their site. they even rejected my purchase when I tried to purchase another from their site. RUN AS FAST AND FAR away from algogo.com and NEVER LOOK BACK - these people dont deserve to have an online presence, and deserve to go out of business. "After reading the reviews on Amazon, I felt rather confident that I could make a purchase from Algogo.
Right after I bought my motherboard from Algogo, I received a notification from paypal saying that my money had been transferred, but it wouldn't be until three days after that I would receive any kind of contact from Algogo.
The day after I bought my computer part, I contacted Algogo via their contact form to ask what was going on. The day after, I sent a second request, still waiting to hear anything from them. The day after that, I finally received both responses back, with a generic response with my tracking number and a message saying it could take 6-12 days to receive my package. It wasn't until the day after that when I received an official email saying that the package had been shipped, even though I was already tracking it a day earlier.
Speaking of tracking, FedEx had a very unusual method for shipping my package through China. It started out in Hong Kong, where it was supposed to, then it was shipped around to the Philippines, South Korea, and then back to Hong Kong, ending up about 20 km from where it started. That little run around took about three days, until it was finally shipped internationally.
I'm not entirely sure why this occurred; a FedEx support agent explained to me that this was to ensure that it went to an international facility, although they failed to explain why it had to go through three different countries before ending up in the one it started at.
Anyhow, upon receiving my package, it was placed in an entirely different box, and packed with an incorrect I/O shield, although the motherboard its self is functioning perfectly.
What I find strange is that Algogo, for some reason, tried to black-out the motherboard's serial number with sharpie marker. They didn't do a very good job, either, since I can still read the number.
To be honest, I will not be buying from Algogo again. My only reason for purchasing from this seller was because they were one of the few merchants to have what I wanted in stock."
