When I contacted Alexnld, they sent me two adapters free of charge. I have used these to install the devices in my home.
Throughout, Alexnld was courteous, apologetic, and eager to solve my problem.

"Ordered a motor back in March. Item didn't arrive. Tracking # indicated item was delivered to address in Kansas - I live in Mass. Contacted Alexnld - claimed item was delayed/returned because of Covid. Told them to cancel/refund. They shipped it again instead. Wrong item arrived 2 weeks later. Contacted again. They claimed they shipped what I ordered. Sent tracking info for two shipments, photos of what was received, original order receipt. Still dragging their heals and requesting same info over and over and over. Out $58...Worst online purchasing experience in 15 years. Stick with Amazon, Walmart and other recognized retailers...."

"Like many other posters I didn't know what AlexNLD was, but they seemed to have some interesting products and decent prices. Ordered May 5, wrote them May 14 to ask why my order was still in the process stage (add claimed shipping in 2 to 5 days). Even though pandemic was a well known long before my order, the ad claimed 7 to 20 days delivery. Response; Delays from covid, just wait it will get there, will refund after 70 days if no show. Weeks that followed product ad had 2 price increases but never changes to shipping delays due to pandemic. Product arrived defective. Over the next 7 days, emails exchanged, they agreed to rush replacement but never got any tracking info. Received 2 official looking PayPal notices (on day 6 + 7 after delivery) about charges to my account from South Africa. On day 7 after delivery, contacted PayPal that confirmed that emails were fraudulent and to report to spoof@paypal. Brought up problems with AlexNLD during this conversation. Rep. told me that they showed transaction complete and I thought she said I only had 7 days to start dispute. Started dispute and send emails to spoof. Received email the next day from AlexNLD asking why I started a dispute. Sent reply, same day, advising AlexNLD dispute started for my protection and that I still was expecting them to rush a good replacement as we agreed upon, for a settlement of dispute. After 4 more days with no response I advised them that it didn't look like they were intending on sending a replacement and to refund my payment or I would escalate my dispute with PayPal. Refund was given (thank goodness for PayPal).

After almost 7 weeks and 30 emails sent and received I thought I would ask for some goodwill from AlexNLD for my time and to restore their name. Didn't expect that they would but found it funny that their reply said that I raised a red flag with them when I started a dispute with PayPal after I agreed to them sending a replacement. Not sure how PayPal got the idea that the transaction was complete or of the time lines for disputes but I sure felt that AlexNLD was dragging their feet.

After reviewing ratings, I am somewhat surprised that even a lot of the 5 star ratings had shipping delays or were happy that they got a refund because AlexNld was unable to provide the item that was sold. Really, this is five star service?? I'll never deal with them again and will follow up with PayPal about my experince, even though I got a refud."

Although it took awhile to get here, thanks Coronavirus, they were always there to help with all my questions about the shipping. I will definitely order from them again in the future. "

"On April 4th, 2020 I ordered a Logitech C930E 1080P 30FPS Webcam from their website ALEXNLD.COM by credit cardOn May 4th, 2020 exactly one month after the order, I sent an email to Alexnld asking about my order since I haven’t received notification nor delivery from them. After many emails back and forth between us, I finally learned that the package was delivered supposedly by USPS on 4/20 which I didn’t received. I also learned that ALEXNLD uses Yun Express as its shipping company in China until it reaches the US border. The package is then passed on to USPS as ALEXNLD selected delivery mechanism. ALEXNLD refuses to intervene and take responsibility for my package lost and keep telling me to contact USPS to resolve their issue. Does this sound right to anybody?
Update 2020-05-11:
After many days of hassle to contact USPS, there is no explanation from USPS to where the package was delivered. ALEXNLD continues to deny their responsibility. If I knew the order came from China, I would not place my order. There are 2 impacts resulting from this issue:
1 - I believe we should support our domestic and local businesses and ban foreign companies from entering into US markets like ALEXNLD and have no answers for their own actions.
2 - This will forever influence my decision to buy from a small business because of ALEXNLD lack of responsibility and I will always buy from big organizations such as Best Buy, Amazon for better services"
