"Placed order 5/7/13. Paid via PayPal. Site says most orders ship within 1 to 3 days. A week later order was still "processing". Only way to contact them is via email through their site that says they will get back to you within 24 hours or shortly thereafter. Sent 3 emails within a week period requesting cancellation of order. Never received a response. Finally, was forced to file claim with PayPal and credit card company and subsequently won. This outfit is worthless. STAY AWAY FROM!"
