"A terrible experience buying from Evike/Airsoftpost. A week ago I bought some stuff I needed from them at a very low price (that was the bait) when I received it I realized that they sent me the wrong product of lower quality that was advertised. I decided to return the product and went to there website to see how I could. they're return policy was/is %30 restocking fee, you pay shipping! Completely outrageous in the light of their mistake. THEN, I found out it wasn't their mistake at all. Looking at the item in question on their web site I found at the bottom in very small print them saying that they would randomly choose between four different brands of the same product! While at the front they advertised it as a higher quality product! Looking further on their web page I found that my buy was not the only one involved in this selling practice, in fact, it was EVERY WHERE! Advertising the higher quality brand then giving you the lower, it disgusted me just looking at it. In all other aspects they were a good business to me, but I looked up more stories like mine and found that people have had much worse experiences then mine, credit card numbers stolen (yes thats what I said, one person it happened to more than once, right after purchase), oblivious and negligent customer service, receiving orders months after purchase, and many, many more horror stories. I choose just to not support them in the future, simply because they're dishonest in their practice."

"Thoroughly disappointed with Evike. After hearing some good things about them, I made a large order over a week ago. It "processed" and shipped 4 days later. I tracked the package over the course of a few days until today, where it's status is changed to delivered. Except, I never received the package. UPS either delivered the package to the wrong place or lost it. So I call Evike customer service and wait on hold for 35 minutes before someone picks up the phone. A very curt, un-caring rep tells me that they will have to follow up with UPS, and I will not hear back until they do. They will not re-ship my lost order... I have to wait, and it could take 2 weeks before the order is shipped out again. This is my first (and last) order with Evike, I wanted to try them out since I heard they are good competitors to Airsplat and Airsoft GI, though after dealing with their poor "customer service" I have learned my lesson!"
