"For Christmas I purchased a Classic Army airsoft gun from Airsoft Extreme for $161.99. Upon receiving his gift, my son discovered that the gun would fire for a short time, but then would just buzz when the trigger was pulled. We contacted Airsoft Extreme, described the problem, and were given an RMA for returning it. Then I discovered that in addition to the initial shipping charge, we would have to pay for return shipping, plus additional shipping if we requested a replacement. At that point I requested a refund instead. It cost us nearly $30 to ship the gun back via USPS (the cheapest option). A few days later I received an email telling me my refund was processed for $137.69. I asked why I did not get a full refund, and was told that the gun arrived in perfect working order so I was charged a restocking fee. This gun WAS defective, and I certainly would not have paid another $30 to ship it back if it were in perfect working condition. I would NOT recommend using this vendor. "
