"I would say don't do business here.
Ordered a carrying handle, but never notice it was special order like a bunch of stuff I now notice. My son found it sent the link and did really check them over... Reseller Ratings...Reseller Ratings, why didn't I check.

Went into check out and went ahead with making an account and ordered the part. No Email confirmations came and couldn't log back in with the information I took down. Ask to resend a new password that never came. Finally, Emailed their Cust Service through their site (I normally like to get the Email address and send one from not within their system) as that the only option. Well got a response saying they expect the item after the 16th, almost 3 weeks!
Well on the 13th I call, using my Email he found my account and and he confirm the handle on the order and with that said I just wanted to cancel it... quickly he said it came in and they would be shipping it! I said I rather cancel and he said as they ordered it there a 20% restocking fee... for any special order! Big Scam! I can’t tell if it is their order or even if they ever ordered it!

"This Company has lost all of my business. I placed an order for a multicam triple stack mag pouch to mount on my plate carrier on 9/20/11 and still have not received my order. It is now 11/8/11. This is absolutely ridiculous. I am deploying to Afghanistan on Nov 30th and thought placing an order in September would be enough time. Guess I was wrong. And good luck trying to get someone on the phone to explain the situation. Stay away from airsoft arms! .......................it is now DEC 6th and still nothing. It has been 11 weeks since I placed this order. "

"I placed my order on 7/12/2011 and it still has not been shipped, it is now 8/24/2011. I was finally able to call the store on my day off - since their hours of operations begin and end while I am working and I cannot access a phone - and they told me they have had the product in stock and they don't really know what happened. They did not seem to care that it has taken over six weeks to send a small part and did not offer anything to remedy their poor customer service. I am truly disappointed with the service from this company and will never do business with them again."

"I had a very good expericnce with airsoft arms my only problem was with the product.When it came it had a few scratches but it works great and i was very pleased with customer service.All in all i had a great experience and will propbably order from there again."

"Excellent experience. Fast shipping and my ordered item was well packed and secured for shipping. Item arrived on time and the time was exactly what I wanted.

"Good selection and good prices. Ordered an Echo M4 with spare mags and some BBs. Arrived in about 3 days. One of mags was defective and they shipped me a new one and told me to just throw the bad one away. It did take about two weeks to get the replacement mag. Overall I am very happy with my purchase."

"no costumer service at all
took my $110 and haven't done ANYTHING for a month
and I cant get my refund anymore because the time limit and if I canceled they'd take away money
they better reply fast to my week old emails or I am reporting them to the authority's
0 is what they should get

"I ordered two Condor Rifle cases from Airsoft Arms, as they had the best price on the product. A few minutes after placing the order, I received a phone call letting me know that they had actually sold one of the rifle cases out of their retail store right before I placed my order, but that they had more coming in the following week. They offered to ship the one they had right then, and the other when they got them, but I told them to just ship them both together. My order shipped later the following week.

While it was slightly inconvenient that they both were not in stock when it said they were when I placed the order, I can see how that might happen when a store sells online and out of a store. I will certainly buy from them again, but I will probably call first just to make sure what I need is there.

"My organization has placed multiple item orders several times with this company based on the best price for the product. They always shipped it on time and we were satisfied with the product. However, I ordered a personal item on 10/2/06, a tactical sling for an M-4A3 type rifle. The sling came packaged wrong (I assume by the manufacture). All the slings for that style rifle were marked wrong on the package (I got a sling for a fixed stock rifle, not a collapsible stock rifle). This rendered the sling useless. Upon contact with the company they acknowledged the widespread problem and said they would ship the part needed. While they went good on them for my organization, they didn't for my personal order. I exchanged several emails with the company over the course of a year. One time they told me it had been shipped and I should have gotten it. They then said they would send out another part with tracking number that day. That was the last I heard from them. I sent several followup emails asking on the status and was ignored. I was forced to purchase another sling from another vendor (so I paid double for the sling, and had to play around for a year). My organization no longer orders from them. I think they had the best price in the business, and ship on time, but when I ran into a problem with the product being wrong, they dropped the ball and never picked it up. I deleted their bookmark from my orders folder and have not done business with them sense. I recently found out about this website, so I am logging my experience with them. "

"I ordered an Iasus Noise Termininator SniperPRO Throat Mic on Wednesday, February 28th and informed the salesman that I needed the product by Friday, March 2nd. On the phone, a sales representative assured me that he had the item in his hand, was waiting for me to place the order on the internet, and would absolutely ship it (overnight) Wednesday or Thursday. I placed the internet order within approximately 10 minutes. The package did not arrive Friday as assured. By Wednesday March 7, the package still had not arrived, no shipping information had been received, nor had my credit card been billed. I called them at ***-***-****, and informed a salesperson of the situation. He was very kind and informed me that there would be no difficulty in canceling the order. Although their company totally failed to process my order in any meaningful way, they also made no attempt to steal my money, deliver the wrong product, or otherwise defraud me. It seems to have been an honest error of some sort. I will still consider dealing with this company in the future."
