"I ordered a riflr for my son for Christmas, at 1st Customer service rep (Jeffory) was very nice and suggested i buy a certain rifle. I went ahead and puchased the one he suggested, along with a mask and bbs. He guaranteed it would arrive before xmas. About 4 days before xmas, my package was scarce, so i reached out to him. He explained that the rifle i purchased had been sold out and that they could replace it for another, but i would have to pay for 2 day air! I got very upset! 1. I puchased the rifle HE suggested! 2. He sold me a rifle they DID NOT HAVE IN STOCK. 3. What happened to the other products i puchased, that never arrived? 4. Now you want to charge me for 2 day air? Heck No! They messed up, so they should have covered shipping cost!.
I cancelled my order and i will never purchase anything from them, ever! Sad thing about this...they did this to a paying customer during Christmas! "
"I placed an order from Airrattle on November 18th for a special barrel kit I couldn't easily find anywhere else. I also decided to order a Madbull inner barrel since Airrattle flamboyantly boasts their same-day shipping guarantee on all orders placed before 2 PM EST. Well, the order was placed, but it took 3 full business days to ship.
But the real problem was that when I received the order, I found Airrattle decided to skimp on packages and crammed the fragile inner barrel in a padded envelope. Sure, it had padding, but there was no support. Even the slightest drop or mishandling would have bent the barrel. And that's just what happened. When rolled on a flat surface, the barrel would roll to the right indicating a slight bend. Even the slightest bend would dramatically distort accuracy, so the barrel is an excellent paperweight.
After emailing Airrattle several times asking to return the barrel in the last month, I received zero responses back. Contacting them through Facebook and two of their phone numbers also led to no responses. They may have a return policy, but if they don't respond, it is as good as useless. I'm going to continue to attempt to contact them for a return, but this is unacceptable and unfit for the online marketplace.
I'm sure not all orders have problems like this, but the way a company resolves a conflict is their defining moment. Failing to meet promised deadlines by a reasonable amount, failure to properly package sensitive goods, and a lack of customer service really speaks for a company."
"Incredibly frustrated with this company, I will never order from them again and do not recommend it for anyone else. I ordered Thursday evening and it was not shipped out on Friday. Then I emailed them about shipping and if it would arrive on time ("Fast free shipping for orders over $120) and they did not respond back, and just shipped out my order out today without responding, and now it won't arrive on time because it is actually going to take five days to arrive (not the two that is shown on their map for shipping time for my location). Very disappointing."
"I ordered quite a few products from Air Rattle and then ordered 3 pieces from a competitors who's name starts with an "E' because Air Rattle didn't carry it. Both orders were placed on the same day. Air Rattles shipment arrived at my door step before the other place even shipped my items out. To say the least I am extremely happy with the fast service as I was worried I wouldn't get my items in time for this weekends skirmish.
I only wish that they would sell weaponry in NY as I have quite a few that I would like to pick up and would have preferred to get them from Air Rattle, now I have to find another source for those, but I will be getting all my gear and other airsoft needs from Air Rattle. They have great unbeatable prices from everything I have looked at and I now know that their shipping department is superb!! "
