"Hello, I bought 3 types of pellets in your store, ( Order ## 38959, 38963 ,38963), it was a long time ago and so far I haven’t receive it.
I asked the shipment number and again you didn’t send me anything.
After some emails I tried to call the store. Every time (more than 10 times) I have been transferred to the voicemail
So far I’m very disappointed with the AirgunStyle. I’m used to buy pellets and guns from others websites, this time your store had the best price and I gave a shot. Apparently AirgunStyle don’t have a respect for the clients.
I’m sending this email with the previews conversations, it was passed way more than 72 hour and I don’t have even the tracking number! I want to know where are the things that I paid for?
I hope this time the AirgunStyle do what it should do and send me my items.

"I placed order at this shop and waited over two weeks for nothing. When I called them they told me that they don't have everything that I ordered in stock (although everything was marked as "in stock" on their site) but they will have it in a matter of days and send it to me. I waited another two weeks and still nothing. One again nobody called me or even sent me an e-mail. When I called them (they didn't respond to my e-mails) they told me that they still don't have it! I told them to sent me what they have, and for everything else I want a money return. They sent me part of my order indeed but when it came to my refund... first they claimed that PayPal rejects their payment (I called PayPal - they never made an attempt to send me the money), then they claimed that they will return the money to my bank account (what they also never did). Every time they asked me to wait just a couple of days more (of course I had to call because they never bothered to inform me in any way) and this way I waited over half a year. Of course I never got my refund (300$). As an international customer it would be hard for me to come and prosecute an action (it would cost me more than it's worth) and I think they perfectly know that so they simply stole my money. From what I know I'm not the only customer who fell into this scenario so if you don't like your money taken from you then simply avoid this shop at all cost."

"I have been buying from this company for 8 months. Whenever i had problems or question the sales department was very kind and helpful, they answered all my questions quickly. If there was some delay in shipping the problem got resolved quickly and i was compensated for the delay in form of a gift or something extra was added to the package from the company. I definitely recommend buying from these guys if you are looking for good customer service and if you want to receive more for less."
