I figured that AOA would of fully tested and inspected the rifle before Shipping. The rifle has a slow air leak. I have only had this rifle for about a week. I used it once to test it. Right away I could tell that this rifle has bad O-rings. It would blow air into my eye every shot. I de-gassed the rifle to lower the regulator pressure and now it won't hold air. The Airguns of Arizona team continued to show why they are an outstanding company to work with. I bought a Weihrauch HW95L air rifle and a Weihrauch HW45 air pistol previously from AoA to dip my toes in this new hobby. I enjoyed the experience so much that I decided to go all in and pick up a Daystate Red Wolf. Rich, Chris, and Darren were very patient with me as I asked a ton of rookie questions over several phone calls. I asked questions like how to best fill a PCP air rifle or how to best spec-out the rifle to meet my current and future use-case. In every case, they focused on me instead of focusing on the sale.
Ordering/Sale Process: Rich put together three builds for me to choose from, and included discounts that weren't published on their site.
