Their warranty is garbage the local rep in Oklahoma is absolutely horrible, they carry no parts in stock and the one year replacement pledge is not true from Nortek. I would not depend your money on any of there products! "

"I bought my air temp furnace and air conditioner last December 2021, had problems the first week. Have had several service calls for both furnace and air conditioner. On Christmas Eve day the thermostat had a code and said service call, my service provider came out and fixed it. I woke up this morning two days later and the furnace is completely broke. Not running at all. My service provider doesn't sell air temp anymore because of all the problems I have had. I called the company and they were rude. Do not buy this brand!!"

"Have had this for over a month and doesn't burn right flames are almost blue one morning than orange/yellow after that, also one day flames blue and than next day orange/yellow repair man has tried for a month to figure it out so called AirTemp tech told him what to do he does it and good for a day or less and then back to CRAP!! And they say whisper quiet that would be if you live next door, in house sounds like a jet taking off and at least 10 times noisier that old furnace. ****! If I could would take it out and blow it up."

"I bought a new house with an air temp 3 ton Hvac. It has broken down 3 times in the 18 months I've been there. Every time it was fixed with a free part under warranty but what good is that when its 100$ for them to show up. 100$ to diagnose and 150$ an hour in labor. If you see an air temp model in a house it was a cheap flip job."
