"I have used this company for 10+ years. I have never had any issues with their products or delivery.

I ordered 3 separate sized air filters (we have 3 home HVAC units in our town house). One HVAC system went out and had to be replaced. This happened AFTER I ordered the filters and before they could be delivered. I contacted the customer service on line on the weekend, and within 12 hours they sent a return label for the filters that I no longer needed. I called the company on Monday to make sure this was correct. They would credit the filters to my credit card with a $10 shipping fee. Reasonable since they had no control over my HVAC unit crashing.

Here's where I was more impressed. The 3 boxes were delivered Friday afternoon. The FedEx driver failed to 1.) ring the doorbell when delivered, 2.) put them in the receiving box on our porch. Both of these are written in the delivery instructions for our home as there are a lot of porch pirates in Dallas. We retrieved one of the three boxes on Friday night, and I just assumed the other 2 would be there in a few days (this has happened before where deliveries are sometimes on separate days). When we checked our security camera the next day, some thief took 2 of the boxes (and he had someone else's stolen box in another hand) within 2 minutes of being placed on the porch. He couldn't carry all 3; unfortunately he didn't take the one I had to return.

In any case, I wrote to customer service Sunday night explaining the situation and they fully refunded my purchases the following morning.

I was dreading arguing with the AFD, FedEx figuring no one would take responsibility. Thanks for great customer service. I won't use another air filter company."

"Man I wish I had seen this review site before I ordered from these guys. I guess it was my fault, but I'm going to blame their poor website design. I thought I was ordering a 20x20x1 pad filter frame. I thought that is what fit in a 20x20x1 filter opening for a furnace filter. For some reason they are not 20x20x1, but 19.5x19.5x0.75. Anyway, they said I ordered a custom size and it couldn't be returned. For some weird reason they were willing to send me another one, but only at the custom size I ordered originally. If they had just been able to change it to the size I needed they would get 5 stars. I will never order from these guys again. Everyone check out DiscountFilter.com before you order from AFD."

"The level of service I received from this company was very poor. First I never received an email notifying me that my order had shipped. Only until I called to inquire did I receive an email (as I was on the phone with the representative). Secondly I only received half of my order however their system was showing that I had received the full order. Again as I was on the phone with the representative I received an email that my other half had shipped. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I politely expressed my dissatisfaction with the service to the representative and she quickly ended the call. I wish I had read the reviews before placing my order for almost $100 worth of filters. "I just bought 6 filters and the cane with the cardboard separated around each edge. These are the lowest quality filters I’ve ever seen. These are a total waste of money. They are so flimsy that I’m sure they would bend and get sucked into my hvac. The company could care less. Beware."

"I ordered 6 of the 24X25X4filters. They arrived in a timely fashion, but they had pieced 2 filters together to make this size. There is a giant cardboard wrap around the middle holding them together, restricting airflow. This was not as was pictured on the web site when I ordered. That information, that filters would need to be put together because it is not a standard size, is tucked underneath additional information. But again, no revised photo of the actual product, you don't realize what you are getting until you open the box and see it. One would assume that it would still look like the one photographed with the way the web site is set up. I find this to be very deceptive. I would not recommend this company. "

"Havent even recieved my filters yet. Ordered 15 days ago and not even shipped. Would not recommend this company to anyone. When I reached out asking about where my filters are I got a generic email stating they would be shipped in another 5 days. Terrible customer support considering didn't even get an explanation or apology. Spend your money else where. For the time taken I assume they probably have these made in China and shipped over here. Just to clarify I order almost. $90 worth of goods and transaction had processed through my back next day. Very very disappointed. "

"I ordered 6, 20x25x4 Air Filters from Air Filters Delivered. The SKU in the order was P15S.042025. The description of the SKU stated that the acutual size was 19 ½ x 24 ½ x 3 ¾. This size was satisfactory to me. I installed the filter upon receipt. During my next HVAC inspection, my HVAC company recommended that I use a different type of filter, because it was too small. It was smaller than I had been using and that dust and dirt may be blowing around the filter and getting into the AC unit. I checked the size of the Aerostar filter that they sent me and discovered that it was smaller than the size that I ordered. The actual size I ordered was 19 ½ x24 ½ x 3 ¾ and the actual size sent me was 19 3/8 x24 3/8 x3 5/8. All three dimensions were smaller! I sent them a message, through their website, but they never got back to me. Terrible company!"

"I ordered 6 of three standard sizes; at order date, all were "in stock - ships within 3 days". Three days later, no shipping notice. I called on 4th day and was told it would ship the next day. It didn't. I called two days later, today, and was told 2 of the sizes are not in stock. I cancelled the order, based on other reviews I'd read, which were all thrilled, shipped right on time, and items were as they should be, or order wasn't shipped and kept waiting.

IF your order doesn't ship as represented, don't wait, and wait. CANCEL and purchase elsewhere. Lower price is only good if you can actually purchase the product."

"I placed an order on 10/3/17 and it is now 10/31/17 and I have yet to receive our order. I contacted customer service on 10/12/17 inquiring on the status of our order only to be told it would be shipping “one day within the next week and we would receive a tracking email.” I contacted them again on 10/25/17 as our order still was still not received nor did we receive a tracking email. They then advised of technical difficulties in their SC warehouse, but our order would be shipping the following day from their FL warehouse. As of today, still no air filters and still no tracking email. This is very frustrating as we’ve been waiting nearly 1 month for our order to even ship! We’ve used Air Filters Delivered 2 times previously, but will be looking for another company to order from in the future."
