"I purchased a matress from air matress . Com. I noticed when I ordered my bed it was the wrong size so I imediatly called them to make the the changes. I live in Hawaii so the time change is a big difference, so they were closed for the day. The recording told me to email them because this was the best way to contact them. So I did and got no response. Next thing I know I get a email my bed is being shipped a few days later. I get the bed & it's the wrong size after in my email I told them the correct size that I needed. I called & emailed them back about exchanging beds for the correct size. They said no problem EXCEPT, I was responsible for the return shipping which is more than the bed itself. As for customer service this is wrong, feeling that because they already have your $ they don't CARE..."
