"I would discourage anyone from doing business with airgunrifles.com. Here’s a summary of my experience: Ordered from airgunrifles.com on 6/1. I chose them because they had a great price and a good return policy. Item didn’t ship until 6/9 and only after I contacted them for status. I decided I didn’t like the item. Per their return policy, I sent airgunrifles.com an email asking for an RMA on 6/15 and again on 6/16. I tried to call several times and was always sent to voice mail. I eventually contacted airgunrifles.com on 6/18 via their web sales (chat) and asked for a RMA. They immediately sent an email that the RMA was authorized. I asked for a reference number and was told I didn’t need one “we’ll know it’s from you.” Returned the item via UPS on 6/22 and confirmed it was signed for and delivered on 6/25. Waited three weeks and didn’t receive a refund. Contacted AMEX to file a dispute. Airgunrifles.com is fighting the dispute saying I didn’t get an RMA number. I tried to call airgunrifles.com again this morning and got their voice mail. I tried to contact their live support and was told nobody is available. Bottom line is, I would strongly discourage anyone from doing business with airgunrifles.com."

"Ordered a MinKota Traxxis electric trolling motor. Received it and it is defective. It will not run in forward mode, only reverse. I have sent numerous e-mails and left several voice mails and have received no reply. I have asked for a return authorization and am apparently being ignored. I have filed a complaint with the credit card company in order to stop the payment. "
