"Purchased an AIPTEK model 4100 camera from Home Shopping Network ( a Christmas gift) and after a few days it completely stopped. After calling Aiptek and put on hold for 20 minutes I decided to e-mail my problem to Tech Service (twice) and, to date, have never received a reply. Companies that only want to sell there product and not solve problems should be ignored."
