"I have tried placing two orders with Aheadtech.com The first one was cancelled within a day because item was out of stock. I recieved no email or call. I tried ordering a second time and order was active for 5 days and then was cancelled. Once again, no email or phone call to tell me whats going on.The item I was trying to order was PC Works Suite Millinnium Deluxe. The item is still listed on their website and listed as in stock. When I tried calling their customer service several times, the person answered, "hello" and asked me what I ordered and said they would get back to me. Did not ask my name or order number. So they didn't even know who I was. Very unprofessional and bad way to conduct business. "
