"Purchased a Miele Cook top from AHC Appliances on 4-24-15. AHC refused to fill the order and refused to credit my Visa back. This after 3 months of excuses. First they tell there is a problem with Miele, then they tell me there is a problem with their shipper, then they tell me there is a problem with the salesman that took the order, then they tell me their bank account has a legal hold on it and they can not issue me a refund on my Visa. I finally had to get Visa fraud dept. involved to resolve the problem 3 months after the purchase. Do not buy from this company as they will ship you nothing and try to keep your $$. "

"Horrible experience and I would NEVER buy again. I feel like we are getting the run around with their "free" shipping! If we paid an extra $100 we could get the product quickly. My credit card was charged on February 6 and I still as of March 13 do NOT have the product. Apparently they strapped it on a horse and buggy from the east coast to get it to MN! And when we call to get tracking information there is none available to tell us exactly when it will arrive. We just have an estimate of when it will arrive. Next time I will research before buying."
