"I bought a lawn cart made by Agri-Fab actually from another seller, but it arrived in the original manufacturer's packaging, which is what this review is about, not Agri-Fab's service as an online seller per se.

The box was only a single thickness of cardboard so it was well dented by the time FedEx got it to me. The parts were just kinda stuck in the box with no real packing material and left to beat against each other for several hundred miles, so the cart looks like it's already been used and abused for a few weeks. The hardware was in a flimsy little plastic bag, and it had broken open. Several nuts and washers that were missing. So I had to search for replacements.

I sent an email to Agri-Fab expressing concern about their poor packaging and the missing parts and only got a one-sentence reply stating that an order had been submitted for the parts.

To top it off, after I eventually found suitable nuts and washers, the thing was a bear to assemble -- one of the holes didn't line up correctly. It seems like a decent but unspectacular product now that I've wrestled it together, though it's hardly worth the $100-plus that it cost, especially considering the trouble.
