"I did not have a good experience with this company. The remote connected to my computer which I don't have a problem with but whoever was working on my machine was obviously doing other things at the same time. In the end, I had to reinstall some of my software because it had been removed. Did the machine run better? Yes. But it was pretty clear that the tech was not, as they advertise, Microsoft Certified. They used standard software available on the web."
